Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: is an empirically supported technique based on the premise that cognitions (thoughts) determine how people feel and act, and that faulty cognitions can contribute to psychological and emotional disturbances. The goal is to gain understanding of the irrational thoughts, ideas and behaviors that interfere with healthy functioning and to correct them. Dr. Price practices Multimodal CBT that incorporates Mindfulness, Relaxation Response Training and specific Cognitive Physiological interventions.
Relaxation Response Training:
The Relaxation Response is a natural innate protective mechanism which allows us to turn off harmful effects from stress through changes that decrease heart rate and blood pressure, relaxes muscles, decreases rate of breathing, and in this way brings the body back into a healthier balance. The "Relaxation Response" can simply be thought of as “a physical state of deep rest that changes the physical and emotional responses to stress”... It is the opposite of the fight or flight response.
Biofeedback: Biofeedback therapy is a non-drug treatment in which patients learn to control bodily processes that are normally involuntary, such as muscle tension, blood pressure, or heart rate. It is a mind-body technique that involves using visual or auditory feedback to teach individuals to recognize the physical signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety. Using Biofeedback, individuals learn to relax their minds and bodies and better cope with the symptoms of stress. There are several types of devices used. Galvanic Skin Response Devices (measures thermoregulatory function of sweat and emotional stimulation, Heart Rate Variability Devices (measures changes in heart rate) and Neurofeedback Devices, which involve utilizing electroencephalography (EEG) to measure brain wave activity.
Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation-CES is a non-invasive treatment in which a pulsed, low-intensity electrical current stimulates the brain. The current flows through a pair of electrodes applied to specific spots on the head, such as the earlobes or temples. The FDA has recognized CES as a Class III device for treatment of depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders. In order to use CES, a CES device must be prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an empirically supported and comprehensive treatment that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy and a mindfulness and acceptance approach. The treatment includes both individual and group sessions and is tailored to help individuals and families manage "emotion dysregulation" more effectively with the ultimate goal of improving the individual's and family's quality of life. Difficulties often targeted in treatment include issues with intentional self-harm, suicidal thoughts and behavior, impulsivity, difficulties with sense of self or identity, chaotic relationships, chronic family conflict, and experiences with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and anger.
